About PortAventura

PortAventura

PortAventura is a theme park inside the resort of Portaventura, Tarragona, Catalonia, Spain, on the Costa Daurada. It was conceived and built as a joint effort by the Tussauds group (Alton Towers), Anheuser-Busch (Busch Entertainment Corporation) and Universal Studios. There are hundreds of rides at Port Aventura theme park ranging from gentle rides for the younger children to exciting modern roller coasters. Not only that but youll find the only 8 looped roller coaster in the world, Dragon Khan in the park (one of the main attractions). Not only this but PortAventura is more than just a theme park. It has 3 of its own hotel complexes. Each complex has its own restaurants, bars and entertainments as well. One of the hotels is right inside the theme park.
