Garden Museum The Garden Museum (formerly the Museum of Garden History) aims to become the leading national venue for exhibitions and debate on gardens and garden design.  The Garden Museum was founded in 1977 and over the past three decades a unique collection has been assembled through ongoing purchases, donations and bequests. Today the Museum holds over 9000 objects, each one of which in some way represents British gardens and gardening.
